Decade Dedicated to Organic Coffee
We’ve been roasting organics for a decade. We are dedicated
to organic, fair trade and shade grown coffee. CMC is part
of a socially and environmentally progressive trade network.
Each person from farmer to consumer, is part of this conscious
process which respects the work of the organic farmer and
heals the earth.
Freshest Possible -- Custom Micro-Roasting
We roast for each of our customers whether an individual
mail-order or a large wholesale order. Coffee is produce
and we know you want the freshest coffee possible. We roast
in small batches, then mail or deliver our organic coffee
the day after it’s roasted.
About Catskill Mountain Coffee
Coffee like wine, it should be a great pleasure.
In our ten years of roasting, blending and cupping organic
coffees from around the world we’ve learned a lot. Coffee
beans are like wine grapes. The beans (varietals) have distinctive,
unique characeristics specific to each country and region.
Each coffee roasts differently. Some coffee is enhanced by
a darker roast, others have great flavor in a light roast.
We use our knowledge of roasting and blending to maximize
your aromatic, taste experience.
Reasonably Priced
While our concern is paying farmers a fair market price for
their coffee, we also believe that it is important to offer
our product at a reasonable price. We love coffee and organics.
We want our customers to enjoy them as much as we do. You
can take pleasure in one of our samplers or order a 3 pound
bag of freshly roasted java at a great wholesale mail-order
price.
