Our Policies

At Catskill Mountain Coffee we roast to order. Our roasting days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then we pack and ship out Wednesday afternoon to ensure our coffee is as fresh as possible. Because we only roast to order please place your order by Tuesday at noon to make that weeks roast. We ship UPS Ground.
